В этом году снова были Финляндия, Нидерланды, Испания, а потом ещё и Португалия, и три летних музыкальных феста - раскажу позже. Совершенно ошеломила Португалия - туда меня занесло впервые, Порто невероятно понравился. Ну и Севилья - Кадис само собой, но там-то мне бывать уже доводилось. Посмотреть за лето удалось почти всех кого очень хотелось, особенно Slowdive (их аж 2 раза!)). Мне до сих пор нравится, что сюда можно писать посты по 65535 символов, в fb длина заметки кажется чуть меньше, хаха.

Почему-то в списках уважаемых критиков нет нового Вуди - Woody - Magic in the Moonlight (2014) с Colin Firth и Emma Stone, он идёт в Англетере СПб с субтитрами.
Эстетически фильм близок к идеальному - именно такое кино я и люблю больше всего. Сюжет вертится вокруг интеллектуальной дуэли между прожжённым скептиком-мизантропом (Colin Firth играет на грани гениальности, когда-то его можно было увидеть в великом эпосе Английский пациент / The English Patient (1996), хотя он так крут всё же больше благодаря заслугам Файнса и Бинош с Томас; и визуально безукоризненной картине - Девушка с жемчужной серёжкой / Girl with a Pearl Earring (2003) - в роли того самого Яна Вермеера, живописца золотого века), и прекрасной юной аферисткой, в исполнении Emma Stone, которая всё-таки разбивает эту неприступную цитадель депрессивного сарказма (кстати после всех этих человеков-пауков и остального порожняка, я было поставил на ней крест, а зря)).
Мало того, тут мощнейшая аллюзия на Хичкока - действие происходит летом, в нереально прекрасном французском Провансе, и герои катаются на красивых машинах по той же самой дороге с обрывами, вдоль Средиземного моря, где когда-то Кэри Грант гонялся за прекрасной Грэйс Келли, пытаясь её разоблачить в To Catch a Thief (1954) / Поймать вора (ещё один невероятно красивый фильм, ему я поставил вообще 10/10, во многом конечно из-за Grace)). ~9/10.
Кстати, из нашего кино 2014 года, в списках английских и американских критиков внезапно очень сильно котируется новая работа
